The PowerBase is compatible with all Qi enabled smartphones, all Qi enabled AirPods & all Apple Watch series.

Apple Watch Series 7 & 8/ Apple Watch SE (2021) and newer: Apple Watch Series 7/Apple Watch SE (2021) can be compatible with the PowerBase 2.0, however you will need to use the first generation USB-A Apple watch charger or purchase a USB-C to A converter here. The new Apple Watch 7/Apple Watch SE (2021) includes a USB-C watch charger, currently this will not plug directly into the PowerBase without a USB-C to A converter as the PowerBase has a USB-A charging input.

Quick charge plug is not included. If you do not have one - make sure to choose the option that includes the plug.

Does it support the new iPhone 12 and MagSafe?
Yes, the new PowerBase 2 is compatible with MagSafe and supports the latest iPhone 12 range.

Do I need a phone case if I have an iPhone 12?
A phone case is not required for the iPhone 12 to magnetically align on the PowerBase. If you have a MagSafe case, this will also work with the SnapMount.

What is the quick charge plug option, do I need it?
The Quick Charge plug is a higher output wall plug that is necessary for the PowerBase to be able to deliver the full fast charging speeds of 10W for up to two phones. Most standard phone wall chargers are only 5V 1A and will not give the necessary output. If you already own a quick charge plug you may choose to use this and not add the option to your PowerBase order. We have decided to make this an optional add on to make the product as affordable as possible.

Do I need a SnapMag Case?
The SnapMag case has a SnapMag magnetic ring built-in. We suggest to use this if you do not have an iPhone 12 range device. For example, with a SnapMag case on your iPhone 11, it will then magnetically align when the device is placed on the PowerBase.

Do I need to purchase the watch stand separately?
No, the watch stand is included and you will not need to pay extra to receive it.

Does the PowerBase come with an Apple Watch charger? An Apple Watch charger is not included with the PowerBase. We have designed the PowerBase so that you plug in your original Apple Watch charger into the PowerBase. We decided this is the best way to make the PowerBase as affordable as possible to you, additionally not wasting, but instead making use out of your Apple Watch charger.
